What we do
We make the tools a managing agent needs to keep an estate informed. EstateNotice puts notices, contacts and gate codes for a whole portfolio in one portal, and gives residents the current version on their phone.
Urgent notices send a push notification. Routine updates arrive quietly.
How we build
Around the real work of running an estate: getting a notice to the right people, keeping contact details current, and keeping residents' numbers private from each other. We would rather a product do a few things properly than promise more than it does.
